She has served more than a decade in leadership roles with her local board, was a four-year Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, served two years on its Executive Committee, and currently continues her service as a Director with the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors®.

Marion holds both the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and advanced industry knowledge. She is also a former instructor of real estate courses at Penn State University, The University of Scranton, and Lackawanna College, where she helped educate and mentor future real estate professionals.
