Janine graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kean University, Union, New Jersey. Her career history includes Director of Development and Operations/Broker at NextHome Force Realty Partners, Red Bank, New Jersey and most recent position with O’Brien Realty as their Director of Operations and Development, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. Janine also boasts private business ownership of Unparalleled Paralegals, Business Analyst for AIG in their Global Sourcing and Procurement division, along with a successful career as a commercial and residential realtor. She is well versed in real estate practices via her years of teaching and mentoring new Realtors. Janine served as a member of the KW Associate Leadership Council and served multiple years on the Education, By-Laws, Managers and Professional Standards Committees at Monmouth Ocean Regional Board of Realtors while embracing her continued membership at the National Association of Realtors and New Jersey Realtors.
