Yvonne Ritsick brings her extensive experience in marketing and sales strategy to Lewith & Freeman Real Estate.  She has returned to real estate after many years spent working in Student Services at Wilkes University. While at Wilkes University, Yvonne ensured financial compliance with local and federal guidelines. Previously, Yvonne earned a degree in Travel and Tourism and subsequently worked in travel and tourism for online travel companies (Expedia and TravelWorm), where she leveraged local market knowledge to engineer new promotions, forged partnerships, and grew networks. Yvonne also excelled at negotiating to create optimal outcomes for her clients. 

Yvonne’s passion for helping people led to her role on the Customer Service Committee at Wilkes University and to her involvement with various community outreach programs.  She is known for being hardworking, dedicated, and for her results-driven and solution-oriented professional approach.

Yvonne was born and raised in Larksville and, after living in Las Vegas for nine years, returned to northeastern Pennsylvania to raise her son near family.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and dining out.
