Bryan brings nearly two decades of high-profile and significant real estate and legal experience with him to Lewith & Freeman.  His extensive work as a Property Management and Acquisition specialist for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania give Bryan an incredible depth of knowledge acquired during top-level involvement.  

Bryan’s strong real estate-related foundation was further reinforced and enhanced by his experience in the legal field as a Bar Certified Paralegal.  Bryan is proficient in drafting real estate documents and contracts, and in all aspects of property title search.  He is a skilled negotiator and always willing to utilize and leverage his background and expertise for the benefit of his clientele.   

When asked to describe his favorite aspect of real estate, Bryan didn’t hesitate to share that he finds great enjoyment and accomplishment in making a complex process easier to understand for his clients.  With his extensive qualifications, Bryan’s clients can always feel secure that although each real estate transaction is its own unique experience, Bryan has the requisite capabilities to achieve success.

Bryan has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and obtained Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University.  Before becoming a Realtor®, Bryan obtained his real estate license at the Vintage Real Estate Academy in Hazleton.

When he isn’t focused on guiding clients through the buying or selling process, Bryan enjoys music, hiking and coaching his children’s sports teams.  Previously, Bryan lived in the Philadelhia area and now resides in the North Pocono area with his family.
