This time each year, we take time to thank all the men and women who served our country, along with those who continue to serve. Their bravery and dedication to our country have made our lives what they are today. Today, we want to talk about one a program we have here at Lewith & Freeman to support servicemen and women: Military on the Move®.

What is Military on the Move®?

U.S. Military on the Move® (US MOM) is a program that gives a credit or rebate to those who sell or buy a home through the program. There are also ways to work with an agent on finding rentals if you aren’t looking to buy a home. You can consult with your local real estate expert to determine your eligibility for the program.

Partnering with a trusted MOM agent will ensure that your experience will be a helpful and seamless one. The program works with over 560 firms in over 70 countries. Lewith & Freeman is one of those offices where you can work closely with a MOM agent.

When you work with one of our agents, you’ll receive top-notch, one-on-one recommendations and help in finding your new home. Our agents know and live in the areas we serve, and there’s no one better to help you find your next home.

With this program, you aren’t required to use a specific mortgage company, but our agents can work with you to find the right company for you. The refund with this program is based on the sales price of the home rather than a fixed rate.
