He went to Vintage Real Estate School and delved into residential sales. As a Realtor in the Lackawanna, Wayne and Pike Counties. He has built strong relationships with both buyers and sellers. Greg’s countless real estate transactions over the years contribute to his service oriented focus he provides to his buyers and sellers. My experience with Greg Pollock was outstanding. He was patient and considerate of my special requirements due to physical limitations. He also went above and beyond to drive by or look at homes for me since I was living out of state. He has made my relocation as seamless as possible while finding the perfect house for me. I don't know if all of his clients are as challenging as I was, however, Greg rose to every challenge as if it were nothing out of the ordinary. I know that was not the case. I recently sold my house and Greg was my realtor. I previously had interviewed two other realtors who did not want to list my house at my expected price of $169000 saying it was too high for the area . Greg listed my house at my expected price. So i ended up with an extra $15,000. If i could give a 10 star review I would. Greg was very attentive from the beginning. Not only did he hire a professional photographer to take photos but he also showed up two hours before closing to see if we needed help to empty the house. He came with rags to help clean and a big garbage bag to put last minute garbage in. He pitched in to help clean wherever needed, from windows to last minute bathroom spruce up. I have bought and sold 10 houses in my lifetime and never encountered such a wonderful realtor. $169,000 The house was sold at 165,000 so I gained an additional 15,000 in profitgoing with Greg.
