A regular on the Top Producers list from Lewith & Freeman, Maureen has been known for her yearly sales to exceed the $3 million mark. Maureen retains memberships in The Greater Scranton Board of Realtors, The Greater Scranton Multi-list Service, The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. In addition, Maureen has completed the following Realtor’s Institute courses: Appraising Real Property, Applied Residential Property Valuation, Standards of Professional Practice, USPAP, GRI, graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Maureen is also a Senior Residential Appraiser Candidate, having received an extensive education in the field of real property analysis and appraisal. I would recommend Maureen Golden-Edwards wholeheartedly. She was always professional, patient, prompt to return calls and to answer questions. We could relax, knowing that Maureen was a caring, involved intermediary between us (the seller) and the buyer. Because of circumstances beyond Maureen’s control, the sale procedure was protracted. We had a special case of having to work with several points of contact. I am in a nursing home and cannot get around too well. My step daughter and her husband were my points of contact to get everything to Maureen and help me to set up appointments for getting access to the house, keeping up on the showings, and getting all the paperwork done. Maureen was great to help make things easy for all of us. She was respectful, understood the situation and made everything simple and easy for us to manage all the details. She answered every question and kept all of us in the loop when something needed to be done or how a showing went. When Maureen originally saw the house in July she thought we could have a closing by October and we did! Maureen is great to work with!

Maureen Edwards is a knowledgeable and experienced realtor. Unfortunately, neither she nor her agency had any clients interested in my lake property. However, through word of mouth in my community I was able to find a buyer. I was disappointed that she tried to get an extra percent commission on the sale during the closing process. When brought to her attention she agreed to correct it.
