I thought that selling my home at the beginning of winter and in an uncertain economy would lead to a long and drawn-out process, however, Mr. Pinko and Ms. Vetter managed to sell my home within just a few weeks of it being listed and at a price that ensured my satisfaction. I could not be present while the whole settlement/closing process was taking place, but, all went very smoothly thanks to Lewith and Freemans very competent and experienced realtor team.

There are good real estate agents, and there are great real estate agents. Mike Pinko is one of the truly great ones. Living 800 miles away in GA during a raging pandemic made it impractical to shop for houses in PA in person. So it was critical that we find a smart, thoughtful, detail-oriented and most of all honest agent to be our eyes and ears. In the end we purchased our new home sight unseen based on photos, descriptions, Mike's video walkthrough and a glowing inspection report. Because agents want to make a sale they naturally tend to gloss over negatives or problems while emphasizing those things they believe will motivate their buyer. The opportunity to do so is no greater than when a potential buyer is house hunting remotely as was the case here.
