Carmen Winters is an Associate Broker with eleven years of award winning real estate experience and consistent multi-million dollar sales production in the Lewith & Freeman family.

With extensive experience representing both residential and commercial buyers and sellers in the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and Hazleton areas, Carmen's unique skill set and experience easily make him one of the top Realtors in Northeastern PA compiling over $65,000,000 in sales volume since 2013.

As a lifelong resident of Northeastern PA, a past board member of the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Wilkes University, Winters shares Lewith & Freeman's commitment to NEPA. He is a member of both the Luzerne County Association of REALTORS® and Greater Scranton Board of REALTORS®.

Carmen did the best job assisting us in the sale of our home! The photos were so flattering which really helped get eyes on the house. He fielded the flooding of showings we had with great professionalism and had our house sold in less than 4 days in a bidding war! He went above and beyond to help us meet the buyers needs right up until closing day. I couldn’t recommend Carmen and his team more. I’ll never buy/sell another home without him!

Carmen made buying a house an easy and enjoyable experience. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect or how to navigate the home buying waters. With Carmen, none of that mattered. Carmen was there every step of the way and every time we needed to speak to him whether it was 8am or 8pm. We started off with Carmen selling our home and helping us with negotiations to make sure we got the absolute most money for our house. But that part is easy compared to buying a home in this wacky market. Buying a home is stressful so having a realtor like Carmen is a must! He never stopped working until he found us the perfect house. Carmen was always getting leads on houses before they hit the market and got us in them before anyone else. His attention to detail during showings and pointing out potential issues with homes was amazing. We also never felt pressured with him which I think is great and makes it very easy to work with him. Carmen also provided great knowledge with possible repairs that may be needed to houses along with ballpark figures for what it may cost. We needed some work done on our house we bought and Carmen recommended contractors to us which we used and they were all fantastic and reasonably priced. If you want the most stress free home buying or selling experience then Carmen Winters is the realtor you should choose. We have recommended him to all our family and friends and will continue to do so because he is the best in the business.

Carmen was outstanding he went far beyond just what a normal agent does. This is coming from someone who has moved 12 times. I put my trust in him and I valued his opinions. I never saw my home until two days before closing so Carmen was my eye and ears. Extremely helpful in all matters. He is truly a credit to your establishment.
