Meet Susan Parrick

Realtor®

Susan is best described as a passionate, enthusiastic, and results driven individual. Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Slippery Rock University with major studies in journalism, advertising, marketing, and government affairs, she has unique work experiences unlike most others.

During her eleven years in new construction Real Estate, Susan shared the job of relocating residents from as far away as Ireland, and several states including CA, CT, FL, and NEPA. Building relationships, troubleshooting the needs of her clients, and seeing their smiles at the settlement table is her favorite aspect of the job.

She studied the Real Estate Industry at the Pennsylvania Real Estate Academy, after realizing her true passion is working with buyers and sellers to help make sure their housing dreams come true!

To say Susan knows the Luzerne County area like the back of hand would be an understatement. She has worked as a creative director for an advertising agency, marketing director, and spent several years working in government affairs. In 1994 Susan became employed by the United States Senate. There she managed three offices encompassing a 28-county region. During this time, she worked to help governments to find federal funds to restore and revitalize buildings and housing neighborhoods, from large cities to smaller communities, which was the most appealing aspect of her government career.

Born and raised in Pittston, Susan currently resides in Forty Fort with her husband, Charles Stesney, and their dog, Penny Lane. In her free time, she loves acrylic painting from impressionism on canvas to holiday wine glasses and décor. She is also a sketch artist and loves community service. She is a volunteer at the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce, she is an active member of the Women’s Network, very active with local community organizations, a Main Street Advocate, and local community theater enthusiast, doing it all from publicity to singing.

Susan’s devotion to her career go above and beyond. She specializes in working with buyers and sellers through residential sales in Kingston, Pittston, West Pittston, Dallas, Shavertown and most of Luzerne County.

Since 1921, Lewith and Freeman has worked to establish a tradition of excellence in real estate throughout NEPA. Susan carries on that tradition and can be reached at 570-714-9266.

Really gave us great advice and kept us informed along the way. She able to sell our house in two days and assisted with the purchase of our new home and made the process very easy.

Susan has been amazing to work with. She not only has helped my father purchase his home, she has helped me purchase and then later on sell my home. She gets the job done and keeps you in the loop which I love. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and advocates for her clients so that the stress from buying or the sale is minimal. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends and couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

I hired Susan to be the realtor for a property I was selling from a few states away. Susan's knowledge of the local area was amazing and the relationships and connections she's built over her career shined through in our transaction as well. The property I was selling needed to be cleaned and needed some minor repair work done. Susan was able to connect me with people who could do the work and accept payment from my location. Susan was extremely professional and helpful throughout our relationship and while I don't think I'll have another piece of property to sell in NEPA...if I ever do, I will be calling Susan Parrick back for another round.
