Nikki Callahan is a graduate of Misericordia University where she earned a degree in Business Administration. She has worked in Real Estate for over 20 years and is a member and on the board of the Luzerne County Board of Realtors. She is a Wyoming Valley native and resides in Jenkins Township with her husband Jimmy and two daughters.

I have used dozens of real estate agents over the past 40 years of selling and buying many homes. I sold my recent home while living 1,000 miles from the house. Nikki used her great communication skills working the transaction from afar., She gave me good advice in preparing the home and it sold in a most reasonable time. Her insight on the market was amazing and she worked with some of my contractors to help prepare the house. She made this remote sell very easy for me! Professionalism was beyond what I thought a realtor would be like. She only had our best interests when it came to the details. We conversed by text and email. She even answered my texts while on vacation. Though I did try not to text her. Documents were by email. We made it more difficult for her as we live out of state. She never said it was an inconvenience. When it came to negotiation, her knowledge of what was necessary to make both parties happy, was comforting. This being the only house we have sold, i would recommend her to anyone. Especially if you live out of state. She was wonderful to work with.

Nikki was our realtor to sell two homes. The second was our home for 40 years, so although we needed to downsize, it was a sensitive experience. She is excellent as a realtor with years of experience. She guided us though the entire process. She gave us advise when we asked but was able to read us and was never aggressive with the any aspect. Nikki was always available with a quick response. The sale was very close to listing price and was completed a lot sooner than we expected which of course is important to a seller and buyer.
