Meet Cheryl Roman

A native of the Northeast and a veteran in the Real Estate profession, Cheryl I. Roman is a true expert in the buying and selling process.

Representing clients who are looking to buy or sell homes in Drums, homes in Hazleton and Hazle Township, homes in Freeland, and homes in Sugarloaf and surrounding areas, Cheryl has been performing consistently since 1978. Over 40 years of experience buying and selling homes, the Greater Hazleton Area native is an ABA-accredited Realtor with extensive knowledge of the lawful practice of realty. Additionally, Cheryl is a Pennsylvania State Certified Residential Appraiser: having receiving this designation for being intensely knowledgeable and experienced in real property appraisal and analysis, there is no better choice to help you fulfill your real estate goals, whether they be buying or selling.

Cheryl has stayed engaged in the business due to her excellent attitude and work ethic. Cheryl believes her favorite part of the business is also her strongest skill; simply, “being able to connect with people,” she says. Her heightened sense of communication has led to her making countless contacts in the real estate market over the years – “longevity,” she says, “it’s longevity in this business that sets me apart from other REALTORS®.”

Cheryl has extensive experience in residential sales, spending several years as a Real Estate Associate Broker. Cheryl’s annual sales consistently rank at the top of the Lewith & Freeman charts, often exceeding the $3 million dollar mark. When asked why she decided to start working in real estate over three decades ago, Cheryl says: “The same reason I still work in this business: my love of people, meeting new friends.”
