Meet Chelsea Cabell

With seven years of real estate experience and deep roots in the Greater Hazleton Area, Chelsea has built a reputation for honest guidance and exceptional client service. Her personal philosophy, "Listening First, Finding Forever," reflects her commitment to putting clients first and helping them make confident real estate decisions.

After graduating from Hazleton Area High School, Chelsea completed her real estate education through the PA Real Estate Academy. She has been recognized as one of Lewith & Freeman’s top-producing REALTORS®. Chelsea served on the Butler Township Planning Commission from 2015–2019 and 2022–2024 and currently serves on the Butler Township Zoning Board.

Chelsea enjoys helping buyers and investors recognize opportunities that build long-term value. Whether assisting first-time buyers, growing an investment portfolio, or helping families find the right place to call home, she is committed to making the process comfortable, informed, and rewarding. 

Chelsea is actively involved in her community volunteering as a counselor with Experience Camps, and is a member of the Hazleton Library Board. A wife and proud mother of two boys, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, scuba diving, swimming, golfing, and reading.
