In addition to an impressive natural ability, Tracy is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE); this designation is one of the most sought after in all of real estate – emphasizing the psychology of the buying process, Tracy uses an amalgamation of instinct and research-proven methods to consistently make strides for Lewith & Freeman. The psychological effects of the process, she asserts, takes some getting used to: “The real estate process can be very stressful, especially for first time buyers and sellers. Viewing Tracy Zarola’s track record, it is difficult to imagine that she has 30 years work experience in another field.
