Great experience and quick to answer any questions. From the first contact to the end Shannon was very helpful and quick to answer any emails, phone calls or texts with any questions I had. Even with me being out of state this was a super smooth process. House was sold and closed on in under 6 weeks from listing date.

Working with Shannon was wonderful. We started out looking for one type of house in a certainlocation, but then dynamics changed on what we needed. Our search area changed, and the house needs as well, and Shannon worked with us even though it wasn't what we initially started with. She's very flexible, and always easily reached. She was very knowledgeable on the different inspections that had to be done and pass. She understood what we needed and was not pushing us to just make any purchase. As we worked with her we felt she was more as a friend than just a realtor. I would recommend her to anyone that was looking for one of the best, if not the best realtor, with many years of experience in the area.Thank you Shannon.
