Mark has never subscribed to a particular set of steps for achieving buyer-client and seller-client goals. After nearly a decade in the real estate business, Mark has successfully implemented his own unique approach to helping clients buy or sell homes in NEPA.

Originally from Ft. Meyers, Florida, Mark came to the Northeastern Pennsylvania area with the intent to bring his new approach to helping clients buy and sell homes in the Back Mountain and Harvey’s Lake. Currently residing in Harvey’s Lake, Mark also represents buyers and sellers of commercial properties in Exeter and properties in Hunlock Creek in addition to other locations.

When he’s not making calls and helping his clients, Mark enjoys horticulture, cooking, and volunteering with a free Bible study program. Since making his first sale at $20,000 for a small home in Wilkes-Barre, Mark has consistently climbed the ranks of Lewith & Freeman’s Top Performing Agents, consistently bringing in over $14 million in annual sales – though it’s difficult to put a number on the steadily growing amount of satisfied clients who were looking to buy homes, Mark’s dependable inflow of new clients seems to suggest that should he continue at this rate, he will never be out of new and referral clients.
