I am a full-time Realtor® with Lewith & Freeman Real Estate, Inc. in Mountaintop, PA. I have been in real estate for over 19 years now, specializing in residential sales and new construction. I represent both buyers and sellers, and have won multiple sales and service awards in the industry as a multi-million dollar top producer in our area. I was honored with the “#1 Top Producer Award” for the entire Lewith & Freeman Company for 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2019.

I’ve been appointed with my Associate Broker’s license in 2019. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the Luzerne County Association of Realtors; I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Luzerne County Association of Realtors. I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Academy, and Luzerne County Community College with an Associates Degree in Business. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in the Banking industry for 10 years, specializing in sales and loan origination.I, myself, am originally from the Wyoming Valley and have been living in the Mountaintop area with my family for over 30 years. I am a member of the LCAR Community Services Group, which helps to raise money for various charities in our area.

We had many bumps in the road with the closing process , which can be frustrating , but i had full confidence with Lisa's knowledge and experience that things would be fine . I interviewed several realtors and Lisa Joseph was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable agent. She came prepared with comps and active listings and she gave her honest opinion about the market. We agreed that investing in a new roof would make my home stand out from the competition. I made the investment and the house had 4 above asking price offers in the first 3 days. In addition to providing good advice, Lisa did an excellent job staging the house and taking quality photos. The entire process was flawless. If you are selling your house it is important to do 2 things. First, remove clutter and personal items from the property. Second, hire Lisa Joseph as your realtor.
