Meet Janine Dutter

A lifelong Northeastern Pennsylvania native, Janine has called Forty Fort home for the past 18 years. Originally from Old Forge where she graduated from high school, she embraces small-town living and applies that same close-knit approach to real estate. Janine took courses at Luzerne County Community College, studied real estate at the Pennsylvania Real Estate Academy, and is a member of the Luzerne County Association of Realtors®.

With a background in business ownership, Janine and her husband have successfully operated Your Landscapers for the past 16 years. Managing the office side of the company, she’s built strong relationships with clients and other businesses. She is well-versed in communication, organization, negotiation, and her ability to multi-task and stay motivated thrives.

Janine has been with her husband for nearly 30 years, and together they’ve created a loving home with their two daughters, two stepsons, and their dogs, Harley and Tater. She is a true family woman, and with nine siblings, she understands the importance of home and community. Janine is also committed to her church group where she participates each week. Beyond real estate, Janine is an avid fitness enthusiast, belonging to four gyms, and she loves running, hiking, boating, and is a big concert-goer.
