Meet Deanna Farrell

Having spent over 35 years in the real estate business as a Top Performing Agent for Lewith & Freeman Real Estate, Deanna Farrell is just getting started.

Simplifying the real estate process for clients is something many REALTORS® struggle with, but not Deanna – by facilitating the establishment of relationships between buyers and sellers, Deanna insists that her inherent ability and desire to help people has allowed her to garner all this success.

Deanna is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania. She is a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI, a National Association of REALTORS® designation), and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®, a National Association of REALTORS® designation).

Deanna is truly a professional and veteran in the real estate business. Her knowledge of the industry has led to consistent annual sales exceeding $3 million per year. A current resident of the Wyoming Area, Deanna represents buyers and sellers of homes in West Pittston, Pittston, Wyoming, and surrounding areas. When asked why she continues this career, Deanna says: “Real estate attracts great people and brings them together. It’s always a pleasure being able to help people.”

In her off time, Deanna volunteers with the St. Therese Liturgy Committee and is the past president of the Wyoming Area School Board. As an accomplished writer of both creative fiction and non-fiction, Deanna is constantly making herself aware of all of the details – this predisposition has led to many positive outcomes for her clients that would have otherwise not been possible.
